To meet this need, The Lachlan Group has forged an alliance with two of North America’s most experienced and successful “experiential learning” companies. Our goal is to provide powerful, customized simulations of real world problems and opportunities. Our simulations bring your message to life through analogy in a highly participative, non-threatening and fun experience.

Each simulation is run by experienced facilitators who guide participants through customized exercises that help them relate their experiences in the simulation to the leadership, management, sales or customer service challenges they face in their own working environment. Those challenges might include: enhancing collaboration, communication and trust; integrating disparate corporate cultures; building high performance teams; strategy planning and execution; corporate change; or, focusing the organization on the key issues it faces – from accountability and innovation to sales and service excellence.
